Fees & Payment Information
In order to keep our fees for services as reasonable as possible, Atlantic ImmediCare is a non-participating provider; therefore, we do not accept any private insurances and health plans or state programs. Our practitioners who provide services under the Medicare program are required to accept assignment on all Medicare claims and must accept the Medicare allowed amount as payment in full.
Patients enrolled with other healthcare coverage will be given an encounter form that can be submitted to their insurance for reimbursement if eligible. Your insurance eligibility or coverage will not be confirmed by this facility and we will not submit claims on your behalf. Some insurance plans may require you to complete one of their forms in order to process the charges for reimbursement to you.
For your convenience, payment for services can be made by cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
The Atlantic ImmediCare clinics at Rite Aid and the Townsend Medical Center treat patients 18 months of age and older.
